How do I get gas out of the oil tank.

The other day l was mowing the lawn with my push mower and l ran out of

gas.l went to fill up the tank and l accidentally poured the gas into the

oil tank and filled it up before l noticed.Please Help!!

I agree with Vince. Once the oil is drained leave the drain

plug and the filler cap open for A day..then refill..If not the gas fumes

1. Drain the gas out of the oil tank

2. Let stand over night with the plugs open to allow the gas remains to

3. Run a bit of oil through and then drain that out.

I would add that you can add a little more oil and drain that  
bododom
after you drain it the first time. Kind of like a ''rinse''.

Just drain the oil tank. There is sometimes a drain plug on
